Although it certainly is a good idea to provide coffee your customers, there may be times in which they want a little bit more than a regular cup of java.  In those particular cases, they may want a coffee drink that actually does not contain any coffee at all.  By having espresso machines available, you will be able to provide them with these different drinks and the diversity that simply is not available with a standard coffee machine.  How do you get the most out of these espresso machines and in what cases can they be used?

First of all, you need to have somebody that is familiar with the espresso machines that is running the entire show.  This person is typically referred to as being a barista, at least in the coffee shop environment.  Since they will be making drinks, at times several at a time, they need to be equipped with the proper espresso machines to handle the situation.  That is why you really need to find out exactly how many cups of espresso you are going to be making on a daily basis and then purchase a machine that will allow you to do so.

Many of the commercial espresso machines are going to allow you to brew anywhere from one up to 4 cups of espresso simultaneously.  Of course, the espresso machines that will brew more cups at a time are going to be more expensive but you need to weigh that against the possibility of having people wait on their drinks because you have chosen an inadequate machine.  You also need to make sure that it is automated as possible in order to keep things moving along smoothly.

Something that you may want to consider whenever it comes to espresso machines is that you can also get some accessories that will help to move the process along and to give you a superior cup of espresso.  For example, having a good bean grinder is going to give you the perfect grind instead of you trying to use a grind that was made for another application.  You also need to be concerned about the type of beans that you are using as this is really going to affect the finished product as well.  As you can see, it really all starts with the espresso machines but there are also some other things that need to be taken into consideration.
